Employee rater selections, in each of the groups (supervisor, work associates and direct reports), are aided by the presentation of candidates from each group extracted from the organization chart maintained within the iView database.

Rating a person:
Depicts the rating of an employee by his supervisor. It shows 2 of the statements already rated, 1 of the 17 that are unrated and a simple mouse click that is required to select a rating for an evaluative statement. View form
Summary Chart:
A summary chart presents an overall rating for the person against the corporate norm or positional norm, grouped by their results by each rater group on corporate, job position and employee specific evaluative statements. View form
Summary Statistics:
This depicts the employee's ratings, summarized by corporate and positional statements and by rater group, as measured against the corporate or positional norms. View form
Chart by Statement:
This presents the feedback for an employee with a summary of all corporate statements then the results by statement followed by a summary for each position and the evaluative statements for the position. View form
Statistics by Statement:
This shows how the employee was rated by each rater group and the employee's performance as measured against the corporate or positional norm. View form
